Since we are a made to order shop our policies state no cancellations or returns/exchanges. Once your order is placed we immediately use your payment to order your supplies to complete your items. We do understand plans may changes, events might get canceled etc. However, we are not able to return your goods after they are ordered from our suppliers or get back the time or money lost from creating your custom items. Please respect this policy and order accordingly.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop. All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.
I received my order and there is a problem with my order. How do I fix it?
We must be notified of any issues with your order within 4 business days of delivery. If 4 business days have gone by since delivery, and your items were needed for a specific event, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This will ensure a timely resolution to any issues.
Items returned to us due to an issue with your order must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If we accepted an exchange and your items are not in this condition - we reserve the right to refuse that exchange.
If there is an issue with delivery we will need to be notified in 48 hours.
